Well here is my Birthday Post!!! Chad tempted me into opening my presents the night before my birthday but he had everything decorated and presents wrapped so it was hard to resist. : ) He bought me some super duper cute things including a new cat book and perfume.

Welll...my birthday is in 2 days! I asked for it off so i'll get to hang out at home. Barbara is coming over and making me some brownies that are supposedly really good... and i also have the day after off so i'll get to stay up late and sleep in the next morning : )

Yesterday chad and i were cleaning the craft room and it made me get a craft idea! I have lots of extra frames laying around and decided to paint them all black and back them with left over paper that i used in the drawers of my buffet thing. And found a home for them above the tv. 

Here it is.. (i stilll haven't fixed the bottom right drawer.. sadly.)

That night i kind of fell in love.

Well.. Chad got accepted to grad school in Alaska at APU!!!!! 

And thats about all the interesting news that has happened since easter. : ) But one really cool thing did happen. The other day i came home from work and outside our door was a giant giant tumble weed! I thought this was pretty cool. Some may not agree... like chad. But it was a pretty impressive tumble weed.. Riiigght at our front door. cool. So anyways.. here are some simple pictures.

So this is my easter post! It was pretty great. Kasey came over, we dyed eggs the night before. Lots of eggs. On easter easter we all went to church and then came home and hid our easter baskets from chads mom. Kasey cheated and put our outside. They were filled with yummy things and other pretty things like shirts, oven mitt, and a cat toy. We then played some egg Olympics. I was the first loser. But my eyes were doing bad that day.. so you know. : ) And then it was a pretty intense end with kasey and chad but then chad got a big lead and wasted kasey. So.. fun times!

We had big plans for a nice little bbq which turned out awful. The burgers turned into slim. They like melted all over the grill. It was weird and uneatable.

I got this feeling on a summer day when you were gone. I crashed my car into the bridge. I don't care.

It was 55 degrees today so we went on a little drive. It started raining right when we left, but it was still pretty. There was a road i saw during the winter on a drive we took that had rows of trees down the side of the street. I wished very much i had my camera with me then because it was absolutely beautiful. So i thought we would try going back there today and it was quite pretty again. Instead of everything being pretty and white it was all very yellow. I took a picture of the actually branches and they are seriously yellow. Its really cool. : )

I head to work in a half hour and then chad goes to rexburg to pick up kasey to come stay with us for easter weekend!

You make me nervous that i just can't hold your hand.

Today i worked at 5am and was suppose to get done at 12pm.. but they made us stay until 3pm. So that was a lovely 10 hour shift.... not.

But besides that.. i watched the moooost adorable youtube video. I saw it going around on facebook but didn't watch it until now. Its a recording of a little 5 year old girl's call to 911 for her dad who's having trouble breathing.. it made me cry and laugh. Just aadorable.

Come on skinny love just last the year. Pour a little salt, we were never here.

So im all alone : (

Kasey and i drove chad to boise for his flight to.... Alaska, for a grad school interview! Im very happy he got an interview but jealous that he gets to go on a trip, and see my family without me. Im also not looking forward to being alone for 4 days without chad ryan parr. But i'll wiggle through it and survive i suppose.

Here are some pictures from the old trip... chad got the munchys and asked me to pull over to this town and then all of a sound we saw this amazing canyon thing. Come to find out twin falls is a very cool place. hopefully we will make it back there sometime soon!

Im headed back to work tomorrow sadly. And im a little bit of a sicky.. buuutt, we did do some fun things these past couple days. 

Kasey came over which was quite fun. Chad made us go look at this new car he wants. Its actually not to bad. Maybe in years from now we'll get one. haha.. or never... Also i finally got to show kasey one of my favorite stores. Its a giant home decor store thats only open at a week or two at a time because they change it up for each season. It was fun. We were also a little bit Canadian and made poutine.

Sunday dinner we made shish kabobs which reminded me how much i love them. I've decided to make them again this week.

I had a dilemma of running out of makeup and not wanting to pay a lot to replace it. So i decided to go with elf makeup which you can get tons of for cheap. It is cheaper quality makeup but I really didn't care at this point : ) So i went online and there was this fantastic deal (which they have new deals every week) where you spend $20 you get a free mystery bag of $20 worth of stuff. So I did it. I got about 8 things for my $20 and then in my mystery bag there was like 12 different things. I was pretty excited. I haven't got a good chance to try it out yet though. So i'll have to post later about it being any good or not : )

I also realized i had never posted about my white board i made. Soo.. this is it. I made it out of a DI picture frame. I flipped the painting it came with backwards and then painted a thick piece of white wrapping paper teal/green wrote the week on it and then put it under that glass. I also spray painted the frame white. And that was all. I really love it and use it every week.

Its quite big, i left most of the bottom blank because i write lists for the month underneath and other little notes.

I got a new frying pan!! I've had the same frying pan since my first semester of school and it was time for it to go. I've been watching the price on these colorful frying pans for the past months at shopko and today there was a 20% off coupon. So i got it for $11.99. The picture doesn't show the color right its more of a bright teal then blue.. more like the handle color?

Also.. when we went to the big home decor store with kasey there were these bundles of painted books wrapped together in lace and i decided i really wanted to try. So today i did. Turned out pretty great.. and it was super easy. Now i just need to wait until we go back to DI the next time we see kasey so i can get some cheap hardcover books!
