Where do you go when the stars go blue?

Well we are still alive. 

The part of our new home we don't like to go....

I went with chad to class today so i could spend some time on the internet, something i miss greatly. Is that a bad thing?... i don't think so : ) Since not having the internet i instead filled my time re-watching the first season of Heroes that i had saved on a hard drive and day dreaming about our blank walls and empty apartment. I re-decided Heroes is dumb and our apartment is still empty. 

I did buy a book though. On page 17.

I also tried to make the kitchen look a tiny bit better by lining the cupboard shelves with pretty home goods wrapping paper. I saw the same paper at home sense in Canada but here it was a dollar cheaper. So pretty cool. 

And...i forgot to add this picture from my phone for jordan from mall of america from our trip a little while ago. Its him and his lord of the rings lego's. 

Also I've decided im going to make and try selling candles on etsy. We will see how that goes. If they don't sell at least i'll have a great smelling apartment?  : )

Million Dollar Bills.

It was chaddys birthday! He is now 25 years old. : )

We had great decorations, a top gear cake, made sugar cube castles, and watched jack and jill. Lots and lots of fun. 

And we danced all night to the best song ever.

So... we are still in canada! We have found an apartment. But its not open till October. I haven't taken many pictures of what we've been doing lately. But... we did go to Minneapolis and stayed two nights. We went to valley fair, mall of america, and ikea. It was lots of fun. I can't wait to go back to mall of america and ikea. i could spend all day there.. each.

But here are some pictures. We all went on a little family walk around a lake. We didn't quite make it around the lake. Some would say we got about 1 quarter of the way.

Today we... chad, jordan, rachael, andre, kasey, and i, went to mission island to do a little photo shoot. I loved it. Besides having a million new mosquito bites, there were a bunch of pictures a liked quite a lot. Here are a few of my favorites. Im hoping some time we can go back to centennial park the place we went to in the last post to take some cute pictures on the mossy little train tracks. I think that would be real great.

And this is just a cutesy picture i took by the creek on an adventure of mine chads and jordans. There were tons of these purple flowers and they just look so cute.

This is my "first few days in thunder bay with the fam" post.  

Chad cleaned the car. And i helped a bit. 

Chad was excited to wash the car himself for the first time.

We started a bocce ball summer 2013 tournament. Its pretty elite.

The paint was completely gone so we each painted our own pair. From left to right, chads, mine, rachaels, and jordans. 

Racheal is very much in the lead with 6 points. 

Jordan is in second with 2 points. And then comes me with 1 and chad with 0. 

Kasey is the commentator and professional photographer. 

And this is what darcy does pretty much every day. She doesn't want to come up the stairs very much. 

Just give me a reason.

Well.... we moved! We have been in Canada for a few days now. Its been exactly a week since we left Idaho. Im very happy to be gone. The drive here was very long. And..chad slept pretty much the whole way. He drove 2 out of the 14 hours we drove the first day. I did the rest. But it actually wasn't as bad as i thought it would be. Getting closer and closer to Minnesota it starting getting more and more green. I loved it. Im very pleased with minneapolis. There are soo many tree especially for being a big city I think its very impressive. We stopped by chads school and its also very impressive. Its like hundreds times better then byui. Well.. thats about all. Here are our trip pictures starting with goodbyes with kim and zach and ending in canada!

This is our packed car. It was crazy. We had to get rid of lots and lots of things. It was sad. I am also now a big believer in space bags. 

This was suppose to be our goodbye apartment/idaho picture. Didn't quite work out. 

Driving with cats is bad. Don't do it. Here is kitty who got out of her cage and crawled her way over everything to the front of the car to us. This happened a couple times until we locked her in good.
